SILVERSEA CELEBRATES 20TH ANNIVERSARY WITH MICHAEL CAINES - GRAND CHEF RELAIS & CHÂTEAUX -ONBOARD SILVER CLOUD IN LONDON

Silversea, the ultra-luxury cruise line, today celebrates its 20^th anniversary with a Gala lunch onboard Silver Cloud, the first ship in the fleet, which is moored at HMS Belfast on the River Thames in London.

To commemorate the occasion loyal guests and VIPs will attend this special lunch held in association with Silversea’s culinary partner Relais & Châteaux which celebrates its 60^th anniversary this year. The menu, prepared by Relais & Châteaux Grand Chef and two-Michelin-star Executive Head Chef of Gidleigh Park in Devon, Michael Caines MBE, will include a Gazpacho Soup, Warm Salad of Native Lobster, Wild Dartmoor Beef Fillet & Cheek and a Raspberry Mousse. 

Silversea’s partnership with Relais & Châteaux, an exclusive collection of 520 of the finest hotels and gourmet restaurants in more than 60 countries, is embedded across the fleet. This prestigious international association honours only the finest chefs in the world with the title "Grands Chefs". Through Silversea's partnership with the international stars of this esteemed organisation, they proudly offer the signature dishes of La Collection du Monde in The Restaurant - the main dining venue found on every Silversea ship. Here, inspired cuisine is created exclusively for guests of Silversea. In addition, the only Relais & Châteaux restaurant at sea, Le Champagne, can be found aboard the ships of Silversea. Guests can enjoy seasonally inspired dishes that are crafted with the finest artisan products and freshest, locally sourced ingredients available. The menu continually changes to reflect the voyage destination and provide guests with an enhanced experience of authentic regional flavour.
