Co-founder Paul Charles spent 10 years presenting BBC Radio and Television News programmes before finding his passion in travel brands. He was Communications Director for Eurostar, where he launched the UK's first high-speed line, and was Richard Branson's Global Communications Director at Virgin Atlantic, where he oversaw Corporate, Consumer and Crisis Communications. Paul launched new routes, worked with some of the biggest brands around the world in partnerships, and even ensured Virgin Atlantic appeared in two James Bond movies. Paul set up PCC with Julia Perowne in June 2011.

Co-founder Julia Perowne has spent 11 years in the hotel industry, working with some of the finest privately owned hotels and international brands around the world. She has launched and run campaigns in Africa, Asia, the USA, Europe, the Caribbean and beyond as well as worked with some of the UK's leading tour operators. She is respected for her spa experience, running global campaign strategies for many leading destination spas. Her true passion is getting under the skin of a hotel, spa or country - really understanding what makes it tick and translating that into interesting media stories.

Philip Allport joined PCC as Associate Director from British Airways where he spent seven years working in the media relations team dealing with news and consumer issues while also specialising in crisis communications. Prior to British Airways, Philip was a photo journalist working freelance for the Press Association and before that spent time in the Concorde Customer Services team

Nomi has worked in the luxury travel industry for over 12 years and was formerly Director of Dalton Kakoty PR a boutique agency, specialising in luxury travel and lifestyle brands in India, including Oberoi Hotels & Resorts, Greaves India and Cartier. Prior to this, she was an Account Director at PRCO, running international campaigns for a variety of clients, including hotel groups such as Taj Hotels & Resorts and Swissôtel; the archipelago of Madeira and grand dame hotels, including The Grand Hotel Stockholm, The Dolder Grand in Zurich and Pera Palace, Istanbul. Nomi is completely passionate about travel - especially if it involves culture, heritage and a healthy dose of spa and wellbeing.

Sally has worked within the travel industry for over 20 years and was formerly UK Director of Leisure Business Development for Taj Hotels, Resorts & Palaces. Prior to working with Taj, Sally was a Sales Manager for Oberoi Hotels. Her love for travel started when she joined Tui's Thomson Holidays and spent over 10 years in various overseas locations within the Mediterranean, Carribean, India & Indian Ocean. Sally started PCC's Sales & Marketing Division and heads up the team working across and overseeing all accounts.

As Account Director, Sophie has six years experience working in the luxury travel PR sector and has brings a wealth of experience when it comes to hotels having represented a wide range of clients at the highest end of the market. Prior to joining PCC Sophie worked with large corporate hospitality groups, luxury hotel collections and iconic stand alone properties. Sophie now works with clients including Oetker Collection, Six Senses, Hotel Arts Barcelona, Miraviva and Cape View Clifton.

As Account Director, Sarah has over six years experience in PR and marketing across EMENA, Australia, Asia and North America. She has worked across a range of sectors including luxury, sport, charity and travel. Prior to joining PCC, Sarah worked with Audi, Emirates, Visa and Abu Dhabi Tourism & Culture Authority.

Tamsin has worked in luxury and travel PR for the last five years. As an Account Director, Tamsin works on clients including Maisons & Hotels Sibuet, The Safari Collection, Bom Bom Island Resort, Singita, Monaco Tourism Board and Hotel Arts Barcelona. Tamsin has travelled extensively through Africa and now manages the PCC safari clients. She is also a keen skier having completed two winter seasons in the French Alps

A self-confessed “hotel geek,” Caroline has a background in luxury and fashion PR and journalism. She joined PCC after 3 1/2 years in the Indian Ocean, where she managed public relations and online marketing at Four Seasons Resort Seychelles. Caroline works with clients including The Doyle Collection, Maisons & Hotels Sibuet, Monaco Tourism and La Sultana as a Junior Account Director. A spa and fitness junkie, she loves to escape the crowds with a morning run to explore a new destination

David is PCC’s Sales & Marketing Manager and works across all accounts including Trails of Indochina, Tiger Blue and Nihiwatu. David’s love of travel started after university when a 3 month trip to Asia turned into a 2 1/2 year jaunt around the world. Prior to joining PCC, David was a senior member of the Product team at Trailfinders where he was responsible for developing their Bespoke Touring programme.

Mark is PCC’s Sales & Business Development Manager working across all the sales accounts including Lupita Island, Hotel Esencia and the Steenberg Hotel. Mark’s passion for travel started from an early age, taking him across the globe. He has lived and worked in New York and spent over 2 years working on the QE2 before heading back to the UK working for luxury tour operator Abercrombie & Kent for 10 years.

Gordon joins PCC as a Senior Account Manager from BBC News. A former broadcast journalist at the Corporation, he helped cover major stories including the Scottish independence referendum, 2015 general election and 2014 Commonwealth Games. Prior to the BBC, Gordon worked within the corporate communications team for a global sponsor during the London 2012 Olympics. Having visited over 40 countries, his passion for travel and aviation is well served at PCC, working on accounts including Qatar Airways, Finnair, Silversea and Visit Finland

With a background in luxury travel journalism and digital content, Jess joins PCC as our Social Media Manager. After creating her own successful travel blog, she found a way to combine her loves of writing and travel and began to specialise in digital luxury travel. Jess is now responsible for creating engaging social media strategies and dynamic blog content for a growing number of PCC clients.

Katie has returned to the UK a year ago following a ten year stint in Sydney where she completed a Bachelor of Communication - Journalism and managed the PR for a number of arts and cultural events with state government tourism and events authority, Destination NSW. Since returning to the UK, Katie has been working in travel and tourism PR, with a focus on the cruise sector. As a Senior Account Manager at PCC, Katie works on accounts including Qatar Airways, Finnair, Silversea and Visit Finland.

Emma joins the team as Senior Account Manager and has been working in the luxury travel PR sector for the past four years. She has worked with top hotel groups, as well as boutique start-ups around the world. Emma is never content without her next trip abroad being booked and as a self-confessed foodie, plans her dinner whilst eating her lunch. Emma works on accounts including The Doyle Collection, Faena District Miami Beach, Baros Maldives, ITC Hotels and Milaidhoo Island Maldives.

Sarah has a truly global outlook, coming from Toronto and having studied and worked in Sydney. As an Account Manager, Sarah works on accounts such as Tourism New Zealand, Tourism Ireland, La Sultana and Habitat First Group including Lower Mill Estate and Silverlake.

Emma joins PCC as an Account Manager for the Oetker Collection, Six Senses, Hotel Arts Barcelona, Cape View Clifton and Thanos accounts. Having trained as an arts and travel writer at Harper’s Bazaar, Emma loves spreading word of unexpected discoveries and far flung adventures to anyone who’ll listen. With a degree in Art History from Oxford University, Emma is passionate about crumbling ruins, street art (street food…) and epic architecture.

Hailing from America - by ways of Brazil and Scotland – Deborah has over six years experience honed in-house and across agencies in both the UK and the US. Having managed international travel brands, including world renowned hotel groups and destinations, she has been able to feed her love for travel and learning new languages. As Account Manager, she works across the following accounts: Tourism Ireland, La Sultana, Habitat First Group, Visit Monaco, the Guinness Storehouse and Finn Lough.

Hannah’s enthusiasm for travel started when she embarked on an eight month round the world trip after graduating from the University of Edinburgh. Having also lived in Belgium and backpacked around Europe, she loves reading up on destinations whilst planning her next trip. Hannah has had experience working on Dubai Tourism and as a Account Manager at PCC works on accounts such as Scott Dunn, Ampersand Travel, Monastero Santa Rosa, Blue Chip Holidays and Nihiwatu.

Annabel has worked in extreme sports travel and tourism in Mauritius, Egypt, France and Switzerland as well as for an estate in Scotland. Her background in photography, journalism and film production lends a creative edge to her role as Sales & Marketing Executive. She works across all accounts with particular focus on Fundu Lagoon, Tiger Blue and Eleven Experience properties.

Sarah’s travel experience stems from living and working in New York. From there she embarked on a whistle-stop tour around the world before returning to join Trailfinders. Gaining further experience working at a hotel in the British Virgin Islands, Sarah joins PCC to manage reservations for Fundu Lagoon and Tiger Blue

Despite coming from a psychology background, Alana has always maintained a love of travel. She used her gap year and university holidays for extensive independent trips and to date has visited almost every continent. As a Senior Account Executive, Alana is working on accounts such as Qatar Airways, Visit Finnland and Silversea.

Frankie joins PCC as a Senior Account Executive with a background in fashion PR, having also freelanced at a variety of women’s magazines. Her desire to explore the world has encouraged her to pursue a career in travel industry. Frankie works on accounts including Tourism New Zealand, Tourism Ireland, Monaco Tourist Authority and Guinness Storehouse.

Debra joins PCC as a Senior Account Executive from Bournemouth University with a degree in Public Relations. Past experience in PR includes retail PR, both consumer and corporate, including homes & interiors and fashion PR. Debra has an interest in travel and the environment and hopes to move abroad in the future.

Caroline joins PCC as an Account Executive after a few years experience at Conde Nast and Christie’s. After travelling around the world when she was young, she has always loved everything travel related. Caroline works on accounts such as the Oetker Collection and Six Senses.

Amelia joins PCC as an Account Executive with a background in the luxury travel industry- having worked in sales at Original Travel and Oliver's Travels. She has always had an unequivocal passion for travel and this was heightened when she travelled all around Asia five years ago. Since then she has taken every opportunity to see as much of the world as possible.

Having grown up in Portugal, Pippa caught the travel bug from an early age. Having explored much of Europe and worldwide she is quite the tiny traveller. She is also a bonafide foodie, with her own recipe blog, and often scopes out destinations on their cuisine alone. Pippa has interned for companies like PHA Media and Good Relations before graduating. She has spent the last 4 years in media and travel, working primarily in Public Affairs before venturing in to the travel world to work for Original Travel for a couple of years, first in Editorial and Product and then as a Senior Sales Consultant in their Europe team – exploring luxurious destinations and properties first hand. She joins us as a Sales and Marketing Executive working on our selective portfolio.

Sky joins PCC as an Account Executive after graduating from Sydney University with a degree in Media Practice. She has lived in Singapore, Australia, the UK and Russia, and travelled extensively from a young age, instilling a passion for travel and all things related.

Ellen joins PCC as an Account Executive after graduating from Oxford Brookes and gaining valuable travel and lifestyle experience at Rooster PR, Tonic Communications and Sipsmith Independent Spirits. With a love for everything hospitality and travel, she is passionate about exploring the world. From a young age, she holidayed throughout Europe, Asia and the USA, and now takes every opportunity to travel. Recent adventures have included a three month stint in Northern Thailand and a road trip through California. Ellen is working across a variety of PCC’s exciting hotel clients including The Doyle Collection, Faena Hotel Miami Beach and Vana Malsi Estate.

For the past year Georgia worked at a digital media agency specialising in all digital channels including Social and now joins PCC as Social Media Account Executive. She has previous experience in luxury travel as well as independent travel magazine, SUITCASE. Georgia was born and raised in Dubai and has travelled extensively from a very young age, which has instilled an immense passion for travel.

Heather’s taste for travel started as a child living in Africa with her parents. She has spent the last 20 years in the travel, tourism and service industry, kicking her career off at Eurostar and then British Airways. Heather enjoyed her role as a party planner in her home town of Tunbridge Wells and more recently, assisted the founder of Totally Indispensable, in providing lifestyle concierge services, bespoke travel planning and service training for luxury brands. Heather now joins PCC has Office Administrator.
