Scott Dunn adds three stunning new villas to their Mallorca portfolio for summer 2014

Scott Dunn has added three new villas in Mallorca for 2014 that come fully staffed with chef, host and nanny. Located just outside Puerto Pollença, a traditional and lively Mallorcan town at the foot of the Tramuntana Mountains, these villas are the ideal setting for an unforgettable summer holiday.

Scott Dunn villas come in all shapes and sizes from spacious traditional farmhouse to stylish townhouses and are perfect for family holidays or a gathering with friends. All villas feature private pools, a dedicated chef providing full board gourmet dining throughout the stay and a personal host who is on hand to assist with any aspect of the holiday, from serving sorbets by the pool to advising on local highlights. Every villa also has a fully qualified private nanny or activity specialist, a play area and toys for the children and all equipment and supplies that are needed for infants.

VILLA CANDEROSEN

This architecturally impressive and contemporary villa has the real wow factor and boasts spectacular sea views overlooking Formentor Bay from its crescent shaped infinity pool. Modern in design and with minimalist interiors and furnishings it offers an elegant retreat for guests seeking privacy and luxury as well as being the perfect place for a special celebration. The outdoor terrace has steps leading down to the sea below, runs the full length of the villa and comes equipped with a Jacuzzi and dining area with BBQ. Built on two levels, the main atrium of the villa has a large open plan double-height living area. The master bedroom runs the entire length of the villa with a very generous walk-in wardrobe. In addition, the annex to the right of the property, also built on two levels, has a living area downstairs and a double and single room on the first floor.

VILLA CANACATI

Canacati, a newly renovated free standing villa in the old town of Pollença, is located a 10 minute walk from the main square and is within easy distance of the Tramuntana Mountains. Boasting a swimming pool, lawned and natural gardens and impressive views, this villa is perfect for a multitude of occasions. The highlight of the area is Pollença, a very traditional and atmospheric town, untouched by mass tourism, with a great variety of cafés, boutiques and galleries. Local life sees a weekly market, festivals in the main square and a Sunday morning market in the Placa Major.

VILLA EL NOVENO

El Noveno is a luxury villa on the edge of the nine-hole Pollença Golf Course with extensive views across to the Tramuntana Mountains. The villa is ideal for families, groups of friends or those who'd like a quick round of golf in the morning before spending the day relaxing by the pool. The course itself has been carefully integrated into the local scenery and is filled with pine and olive trees. It overlooks the bays of Pollença and Alcudia and the s'Albufereta Reserve. The villa itself sleeps up to 10 in five bedrooms and has a large playroom and a Bose sound system. The villa is spacious and open-plan and makes the most of the views over the Spanish countryside.
