VAL D’ISÈRE’S EXCLUSIVE PETIT ALASKA ESTATE WELCOMES TWO NEW SCOTT DUNN CHALETS: HUSKY AND JUPITER

Scott Dunn is upping the anti in Val d'Isère this season with the launch of two spectacular new chalets – Chalet Husky and Chalet Jupiter. Leaving nothing to the imagination, Chalet Husky, sleeping up to 14 across seven en-suite bedrooms, epitomises contemporary design and is home to the crème de la crème of games rooms, featuring a climbing wall, archery and rifle shooting. There is also a fabulous wellness area complete with large pool with infinity waterfall, sauna, Jacuzzi and massage rooms. For something more modest, Chalet Jupiter is split over three levels and combines a touch of the traditional with the contemporary in its design. Sleeping up to 8, Jupiter is ideal for families and groups of friends.

HOW: Scott Dunn offers 7 nights at Chalet Husky (sleeping up to 14) from £1,275 per person and 7 nights at Chalet Jupiter (sleeping up to 8) from £900 per person. SCOTT DUNN PARTNERS EXCLUSIVELY WITH THE FAMED GLACIER EXPRESS TO OFFER AN EXCEPTIONAL SWISS SKI ITINERARY: ZERMATT – AND ZERMATT – ST MORITZ

New for this season, Scott Dunn is working exclusively with the renowned Glacier Express to offer an unforgettable experience for hardcore skiers wishing to hit the Swiss slopes of Zermatt, Andermatt and St Moritz in one trip. Scott Dunn’s suggested 10 night itinerary blends travelling in style by train through some of the Alps’ most dramatic scenery – from the Swiss Grand Canyon to the Landwasser Viaduct and across the Oberalp Pass, with staying in some of Switzerland’s finest hotels. Stopping in each of the three resorts for a minimum of 3 nights, guests will enjoy stays at the beautiful Zermatterhof in Zermatt, The Chedi Andermatt that launched just last season and finish their trip at the legendary Badrutt’s Palace in St Moritz.

SCOTT DUNN VENTURES INTO VERBIER FOR THE FIRST TIME…

December marks the debut of Scott Dunn in Verbier, offering a succinct portfolio comprising of only the very best hotels including the recently launched W Verbier, luxurious Hotel Nevai and family favourite, Cordée des Alpes. The addition of Verbier this season adds to the luxury tour operator’s existing Switzerland portfolio, which spans across the other legendary resorts of Zermatt, Andermatt and St Moritz.

SCOTT DUNN TO DEBUT IN COURCHEVEL 1550 WITH CHALET LE R  

This December, Scott Dunn will add two more chalets to its Courchevel portfolio - Chalet Le R in Courchevel 1550 and Chalet Bulle de Neige in Courchevel 1850. Chalet Le R heralds Scott Dunn's first ever foray into Courchevel 1550 which, with its ever increasing number of luxury properties, is hot on the heels of its glitzier big brother, Courchevel 1850. Contemporary in design and boasting breathtaking views, Chalet Le R sleeps groups of 8-12 and comes complete with superb wellness area, brand new indoor pool, Jacuzzi, sauna and a small selection of fitness equipment. A short walk from the chalet takes you to the Grangettes gondola which provides access to the main lift hub at 1850, although a driver is on hand to drive skiers to the slopes each day should they prefer.

SCOTT DUNN LAUNCH CHALET WEEKEND-ING IN VAL D’ISÈRE AND ST ANTON

Perfect for those unable to take a full week off to hit the slopes, Scott Dunn has launched ‘ski weekends’ at selected chalets across Val d’Isère and St Anton. The new weekend packages, which are valid for stays between Thursday – Sunday, enable keen skiers to max out the slopes over two and a half days while enjoying the luxuries of Scott Dunn’s superb chalet offering. With flights in/out of London City Airport, the new packages make an ideal weekend escape for city workers.

HOW: Scott Dunn offers 3 nights in a shared chalet from £995 per person based on two sharing and including return flights from London City Airport to Zurich with British Airways / to Geneva with SWISS and shared airport transfers. Scott Dunn is enhancing its US ski portfolio this season by adding two of the States’ finest ski destinations – Utah and Lake Tahoe. A mere 45 minutes from Salt Lake City, Utah is home to 14 world-class resorts while Lake Tahoe, located high in the Sierra Mountains of California and Nevada, boasts jaw-dropping scenery and some of the finest powder on earth. Scott Dunn’s new Lake Tahoe portfolio spans across the three resorts of Heavenly, Northstar and Squaw Valley, where accommodation ranges from stunning private homes to superb hotels such as The Landing Resort & Spa and Hyatt Regency Lake Tahoe.
