Edmiston, the leading yacht sale and charter company has announced an exclusive partnership with Josh Wood, the world class Atelier based in London, to offer clients a range of the finest hair and beauty services whilst on-board. 

Clients chartering a yacht through Edmiston will have an exclusive opportunity to book stylists, colourists, beauticians and even Josh Wood himself whilst enjoying their time on-board. As the trend for chartering yachts in more exotic and far-flung destinations grows, it is becoming increasingly difficult to arrange quality treatments in ports and destinations that are more remote.  No longer is it the Mediterranean and Caribbean – it’s Costa Rica, the Mergui Peninsula in Burma and the Java Sea that people want to explore.  The Josh Wood Atelier team will fly direct from salon to yacht anywhere in the world for a range of packages ranging from the ‘Pre-Departure Holiday Preparation in Dock’ to a ‘Pre-Event Preparation’ and one to seven day packages. These can include a variety of hair treatments such as colour, cut and Keratin treatments as well as facials, massages, tanning and make-up from specialist beauticians. 

Josh Wood is one of the hair and beauty industries foremost trend setters and his work has impacted the international beauty landscape for nearly two decades. Wood is credited as being the most influential and respected hair colourist in the world and is Wella Professionals Global Creative Director, Colour. September 2011 saw Josh launch his eponymous Atelier in Notting Hill, followed by a second Atelier in Liberty, the iconic London department store in October 2012. For those wanting to stay trim and firm whilst sailing the world, the Katherine Daniels “Dress Size, Down Size” body treatment gives visible results after just one session as well as incorporating a Katherine Daniels diet plan.
